1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unused and unworn
• With original tags still attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at joodblady@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, spices, dairy, herbs)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
• Hazardous, flammable, or pressurized materials
• Sale/discounted items
• Gift cards

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

📌 Note: If your original order qualified for free shipping, the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange credit.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
• If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
